Resolute Strength Technologies LLC is an independent software company. We design and operate systems for studios that deliver brief, high-intensity, closely supervised strength training — the kind of program where a client's whole week of exercise is two short sessions, and every one of them has to count.
That model only works if the measurement is real. Our products connect directly to the strength, body-composition and conditioning equipment studios already own, so a client's progress is recorded as it happens rather than reconstructed from memory, and a coach can see what changed since the last visit before the session starts.
What we build
- Studio management and coaching platform Workout prescription and delivery, client records, scheduling and attendance, agreements and renewals, and reporting across a multi-studio network.
- Equipment and service integrations Direct data integrations with training equipment and body-composition devices, so machine results and measurements land on the client's record automatically.
- Client-facing mobile applications Apps that extend a studio's coaching between visits, covering nutrition guidance, program adherence and progress.
